Refund policy

All returns require a return authorization (RMA) number from AmateurRadioSupplies.com.

 

Email: sales@amateurradiosupplies.com and include your name or customer ID and your order number in the body of the email.

 

Phone: 603-787-2500 M-F 8:30 - 4:30 ET. Please have your customer number or order number handy.

 

Returns without a RMA # will not be processed.

 

Defective items may be returned for an exchange, credit or upgrade within 30 days of the purchase date.

 

Non-defective items returned within 30 days of purchase for credit or refund will be subject to a minimum 15% re-stocking fee. Special order items, cut cables, software, and books are non-returnable.

 

All return freight charges are the responsibility of the customer.
